Senior Accountant

• Assist in the preparation and distribution of monthly/quarterly financial statements and analysis reports for all departments, subsidiaries and consolidation levels.
• Assist in the consolidation of company subsidiaries and intercompany reconciliations which includes the preparation of supporting schedules, calculation of specific assigned journal entries and reconciliation of sub ledger activity.
• Act as Team Leader to Financial Reporting Staff Accountants.
• Assist with external audit(s) through record retrieval and process demonstration for auditors. Also assist with annual inventory count/observation by auditors.
• Assist in development and maintenance of FRx reporting and other adhoc reports as requested.
• Other finance responsibilities as assigned.

A minimum of three years previous accounting experience required, preferably with upward mobility demonstrated. Office/accounting procedures and computer skills including intermediate Excel required; time management and organizational skills essential.

Bachelors Degree in Accounting/Finance required and Accounting certification eligibility preferred.

CNC Machinist (second shift)

To machine acceptable production products utilizing Computer Numerical Controlled (CNC) equipment per drawing, router, and any other ancillary written instructions. Responsible for running the machine(s), getting tooling in working order, passing first article inspections, passing in process part inspections, and making acceptable parts in accordance with BioHorizons Quality Manual (i.e. meeting FDA and ISO requirements).

A minimum of one year production CNC machining experience required. CNC programming experience is a plus.

Quality Inspector I, as directed by Quality supervision or management, is responsible for:

• Inspect device components and finished devices by following inspection instructions and established procedures.
• Communicate inspection results to Quality supervision or management as well as R&D / Engineering and Materials Management.
• File quality documents and records and maintain quality files.
• Special assignments as directed by supervision commensurate with experience.

• Ability to use hand-held inspection instruments (micrometer, calipers, etc.) required.
• Experience with computerized record-keeping (e.g., documents, drawings) preferred.
• Computer literacy with standard software applications and demonstrates excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Maintenance of associated Design Records, such as:

• Having the ability to perform the following functions as it relates to a Document Change Request System

• Have the ability to generate new drawing/part numbers for new products as it pertains to Document Drawing Files

• Develops a business plan and sales strategy for the market that ensures attainment of company sales goals and profitability
• Strategically increase the assigned sales territory and control attrition
• Provide sales and technical support to the direct reports within the region.

Perform Mechanical Engineering duties by surrounding the following:

• Plan and develop a working territory plan with a call sales cycle.
• Secure daily appointments with potential prospects.

• Submit monthly activity/call reports concerning customer-related concerns, competitive information and overall summary of progress in the territory.
• Perform all assigned duties in the assigned sales territory.
• Submit weekly and monthly expense reports
• Contribute to the Intranet with updated information for each current account and potential account.
• Required to work scheduled shows, conferences and other clinics inside and/or outside of territory which may include weekend travel.
• Must attend scheduled and on-going training sessions.
